How do I create an account?

You can create an account with us to make shopping at CuteCircuit quick and easy.
Simply choose a user name and password at this page.

Registered users can save their shopping carts, create a wish list, update their account and shipping details, and receive news about special promotions. It’s like a secret club.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, we have a great Guest Checkout facility which allows you to place an order without registering.

Making a Purchase

How do I make a purchase?

Browse the site and select the items you would like to purchase. When you have selected an item, choose your preferred size and color and then click the ‘add to cart’ button. You can review your items in your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘shopping cart’ button. You can update your cart by adding and removing items. Our calculator will work out your subtotal, including shipping. Once you have finished, follow the checkout procedure.

Do you also have menswear?

Yes, CuteCircuit collections feature menswear and womenswear.

How do I know which size to purchase?

On each product page there is a link to the size chart and specifications; on clicking, the size chart will pop-up. The chart presents typical measurements for every size available and size conversions for Europe, US, UK and Japan. See the CuteCircuit store.

Are the products washable?

Yes! You can wash the t-shirts in a regular washing machine, using a 30 degrees delicate cycle.  Then just hang them up to dry. Many of our products might have sparkling crystals decorations and use stretchy fabrics, so hanging them to dry instead of using a tumble drier is best.

Remember to remove the small battery pack from your CuteCircuit garment before washing.

What does the packaging look like?

Your CuteCircuit garment will arrive to you safely inside a waterproof and translucent zip-lock bag made of environmentally friendly EVA. This bag has printed wash instructions for your garment and it is also designed to be reused, so that we can help reduce the environmental impact of packaging.

Where are your products made?

All our garments are designed in London and made in the UK, Italy, or the USA. All our garments are manufactured using the higest quality materials. The products we design use Patent Pending CuteCircuit technologies. CuteCircuit uses technologically advanced, ethical and clean manufacturing processes.

Our quality assurance

The technology used in the garments is 100% RoHS compliant, this means that no hazardous substances are present in the products and that they are free from lead and mercury as well, and are safe to wear. The textiles used are also Oeko Tex certified, this means that they have been tested for safety and manufactured without harmful substances. For quality assurance all garments are hand assembled and tested by real humans before being shipped to you.

Can I see the price of the products in my currency?

Yes! You can see the prices in Japanese Yen, USD, British Pounds Sterling, and Euro. Select your currency from the drop down menu on each product page and it will automatically calculate the price in your currency and display it for you.

What payment methods can I use online?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and Maestro debit cards. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash. We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within 1 week of placing an order. We currently do not accept American Express and Diners Club International cards. Card details are checked and verified and products are dispatched once authorization has been obtained.

What is my credit card security number?

Your credit card security number is the 3 digit number found on the reverse of your card on the far right of the signature strip. To see an illustration of where to find this number click here. (link)

When will I be charged?

If the item you have ordered is in stock then transactions on your card will be taken within 24 hours. If the item is back-ordered or delayed for any reason, then your card will be charged 24 hours before the item ships.

Gift Purchases

Can I buy  a gift card for someone?

Yes! The value on the Gift Card can be redeemed against any full price product available in the CuteCircuit Store during the year. You can ship the Gift Card to anyone anywhere in the world and it will be sent in a nice gift-wrapped package.
You can purchase gift cards in an amount of your choice in the CuteCircuit store.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship your products worldwide?

Yes! We can ship products anywhere in the world. To calculate shipping costs you need to add your chosen product to the basket and the shipping cost calculator will become available. You will need to add your shipping address and the shipping options will be listed for you automatically so that you can choose your favorite one.

Do you have free shipping?

We have free shipping for orders within the UK.

Why do high value orders take slightly longer to be processed?

High value orders take slightly longer as they need to pass through additional security and fraud checks.

How long is standard delivery?

Standard delivery for UK (including Northern Ireland) orders is 2-3 working days. However you may choose a faster shipping method if you are just dying to get your hands on your new goodies. The charges for faster shipping vary depending on the weight and size of the item.
Occasionally, if you have ordered several products at one time we may deliver such products on different days at no extra shipping cost to you.

How are items delivered?

Standard delivery by Royal Mail is free! However, you may choose a faster shipping with an alternative courier if you wish.

How can I track my parcel?

With standard shipping it is not possible to track the parcel. If you paid for express or courier shipping when you placed the order then the parcel can be tracked using the tracking number in your Order Confirmation Email.

Is a signature required for my parcel upon delivery?

Yes, a signature will be required as proof of delivery for all orders.

Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

CuteCircuit wants you to be happy. We offer a refund on all online purchases if they are returned unworn and in the condition they were sold in within 14 days of receipt and we offer an exchange on all unworn garments returned within 28 days. Because we ship to the vast corners of the universe we cannot refund shipping charges or import taxes though.

On the form you will need to add the Return Authorization Code that you can request via e-mail. Indicate the reason for the return and indicate whether you are returning the item for an exchange or a refund. The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging.

Send the completed form along with the item to be returned or exchanged, using a courier company or recorded delivery (make sure you are provided with a tracking number and retain proof of postage) to:

If you are returning the item for an exchange, you will be issued a store credit that you can use anytime within one year.

If you are requesting a refund, the credit card with which you purchased the original order will be credited. Your money will be refunded to your account within 5-10 working days. If you return an item without the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your order and refunding your money.

The item must be shipped back in the original packaging and shipping container to avoid damage in shipping. If you scrunch it into a tiny soggy envelope so that it arrives all wrinkled and weird, we might not be able to provide a full refund.

How do I cancel an order?

Please note: It might not be possible to cancel your order once it is submitted. So, make sure that you really love everything in your cart before clicking on the “Place Order” button!

If you submitted your purchase by mistake, please call Customer Service immediately on +44 (0)207 502 1994 so that we might attempt to stop it from being shipped, although this may not be possible.

How do I receive my refund?

Refunds will be made to the card used for the original transaction, within 5-10 days of receiving the items for refund. If your card has expired then refunds will be issued via a cheque to the billing account holder. If you return an item without the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your order and refunding your money.
